The obsolete model of “Break & Fix” maintenance contracts can no longer service the changing landscape and as such we as Managed Service Providers must adapt our offerings.
ITWORX has spent considerable time, building a set of cloud-based tools that are specifically targeted at protecting our clients networks and these services form part of our fully inclusive monthly maintenance contract.
Each of these offering’s require NO on premise hardware or setup. All our services are fully managed and require no intervention on our client’s part.
